Without limiting the above, visualpath.in is not liable for matters beyond its convenient control. visualpath do not have power over telephones, third party communications networks (including your internet service provider) or the internet or the acts of third parties.

Force measure

visualpath.in shall be entitled to delay or cancel any course that has been booked if it is prevented from or hindered in or delayed in the provision of the Services through any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not restricted to negotiates, boycotts, disasters or conflicts, unavailability of power at the point of supply or breakdown in equipment.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be managed by and interpret in according to the Government of India laws. Users of visualpath.in websites also obviously agree that only courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may occurred out of under or in linked by these terms and conditions, and for those reasons permanently submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

General
